People who are hooked on smoking may understand on an intellectual level how bad for them cigarettes are. And all of this can occur if the benefits of quit smoking activities can be instilled in the minds of people as thoroughly as possible.

In the end, the fate of almost every public health effort aimed at increasing the possibility of a healthy lifespan in people depends upon preventing a harmful activity from being tried in the first place. It also depends upon the ability of education to deliver a message about the positive benefits of quit smoking activities. And this message should be spread as far and wide as possible in order to overcome the fog of confusion about smoking which exists in many parts of the world.
